You can also control access to buttons and other ‘widgets’ on forms and browses. This is done in a very similar way to assigning groups to fields on forms (see Assigning groups to fields). Right-click on the button or widget you wish to control and select Set field/button access. In this context, set the View options to control access as desired. Note: This just controls the visibility of the widget or button itself; it has no effect on the function a button may be invoking.
