|Tickets||Support requests are created as tickets in our Redmine ticket system. You can update and create your own tickets. Please register with Redmine to make sure that you get our responses to your tickets.|

What’s included in Support?
Email and telephone support, new product versions, minor product changes, document changes, small scripts (**) and bug fixes. When feasible we will also perform upgrades on your behalf in the evenings and during the weekend to minimise your down time.
What’s not included in Support?
Services such as larger scripts, complete document designs, general consultancy, extra training, major bespoke changes and interfacing (including web) etc. We can quote you for these on an individual basis.
(*) Calls cost 3p/min plus your phone company’s access charge.
(**) We retain the IPR and copyright for any scripts written under the support agreement.
