How to get support

Please note that all upgrades, fixes and investigations etc. are done in the evenings and weekends so as to not impact your business. 

Hours Monday to Thursday. 0800-1200 and 1230-1600.
Friday: 0800-1200.
Email Email us at for low priority requests. Please call and register your email address with us first. Emails from non-registered addresses and emails without a title/subject are filtered out by the ticket system.

What’s included in Support?

Email and telephone support, new product versions, minor product changes, document changes, small scripts and bug fixes. When feasible we will also perform upgrades on your behalf in the evenings and during the weekend to minimise your down time.

What’s not included in Support?

Services such as larger scripts, complete document designs, general consultancy, extra training, major bespoke changes and interfacing (including web) etc.  We can quote you for these on an individual basis.
