What’s included in Support?

Email and telephone support, new product versions, minor product changes, document changes, small scripts and bug fixes. When feasible we will also perform upgrades on your behalf in the evenings and during the weekend to minimise your down time.

What’s not included in Support?

Services such as larger scripts, complete document designs, general consultancy, extra training, major bespoke changes and interfacing (including web) etc.  We can quote you for these on an individual basis.
