A paper design is the set of instructions that defines how Match-IT is to create each of your printed business documents. These instructions include which pieces of information you want to include in the document, where on the page they should be printed and how they should be formatted.  They can also include quite complex refinements to allow different information to be printed in different circumstances.  Finally, your paper designs can incorporate fixed text, lines, boxes, graphics (e.g. logos) and – where appropriate – bar codes.
